I am offering TeleRehabilitation Sessions as  an option. As well, in-person appointments in my office . TeleRehabilitation sessions are safe, confidential and effective online sessions (using Zoom) or on the phone for those clients who cannot come in person to my office or who would prefer not  to do an in person session . ​
TeleRehabilitation (also called Telehealth or Virtual) has been around in Physiotherapy for years, although mostly used in remote areas. The statistics are very supportive: "79% of clients who received virtual visits said the quality was the same as a face to face visit". Infoway.com

For an initial  TeleRehabilitation session please book aa "TeleRehabilitation Assessment" (if that is your preference, or choose a Physiotherapy Assessment for an in person appointment) from the drop down menu. Then select a day on the calendar & press "Search". Then select your appoinment time.​ You will then need to sign in or create an account.
